500 gms idli batter
10 pcs of sundried tomatoes
7-8 basil leaves chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp oregano
1) Grease the idli trays with olive oil & pour very little batter in it as of to fill only half cups.
2) Add basil leaves on it & pour more batter on it to cover the basil.
3) Put a piece of chopped sundried tomatoes and sprinkle chilli flakes & oregano on it.
4) Steam it for 10 minutes and serve with red pesto.
